Return and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy on returns and refunds. The following policies are different depending on if you purchased a custom label product or a stock label product.
Custom Label Products

Due to the custom nature of many of our products, orders are final once you have completed proof approval. In the case of manufacturing defects or production errors in custom ordered products, we will rerun a replacement order for you or offer a prompt refund. This does not cover spelling errors, mis-entries or other errors that are made by the customer during the ordering/proofing process.

Please double check all artwork proofs to ensure designs, details, and label specifications are correct.

Should you have a problem with your order, please email or call Customer Care and our team will work to resolve the problem for you as quickly as possible. Please let us know within 30 days of receiving your order. We will be unable to refund or replace orders brought to our attention after 30 days of confirmed delivery.

Refunds will be credited back to the card used to purchase the product, and you will receive credit notification once the transaction has occurred.

Stock Items
All products will be shipped F.O.B. Seller’s facility. Risk of loss and/or damage and title to the products will transfer to the Buyer on delivery to the carrier.
Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time before your final proof approval and before production has started on your labels. In the event of a cancellation, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

What is covered under our policy?

Our policy covers the aspects of our business that we have direct control over and does not cover the actions of third parties. Please note that all orders are F.O.B (Free on Board) from the factory. If we have shipped the order on the expected shipment date, we cannot be responsible for delayed delivery due to the carrier not meeting their delivery promise.

Customers must have provided acceptable artwork and provided proof approvals within the stated times. All quoted ship dates are based on the day and time we receive your final artwork, or if applicable, your final proof approval.
