Vinyl - Standard 4 mil
This is the place to start when choosing a label material. Economical, durable, and accepts all of our printing colors and foils. Polymeric calendered vinyl with a permanent, pressure sensitive adhesive. It does not deform easily, but will still conform to moderately irregular surfaces. (For very irregular surfaces, use 2 mil Premium Vinyl) Specify Reverse Printing if you want clear decals to read correctly when applied to and read through glass. Whites are mildly translucent, so if you need opacity on a white label, use Block Out White. When printing on colored vinyls, white must be printed as a primer to achieve standard color rendition.

Vinyl - Removable 4 mil
For Removable Decals. A 3~~5 mil white calendered vinyl with a clear removable, pressure sensitive adhesive. Accepts all of our printing colors and foils. For up to 6 months after application, decals can be removed from most surfaces with little or no residue and without the aid of chemicals or tools. It does not deform easily, but will still conform to moderately irregular surfaces. Specify Reverse Printing if you want clear decals to read correctly when applied to and read through glass. Block Out White is perfect for applying labels to cover up or "block out" copy or graphics from the underlying surface

Vinyl - Premium 2 mil
For Thin Labels with the Best Printing Quality. 2 mil cast vinyl with a permanent, pressure sensitive adhesive. Accepts all of our printing colors and foils. This vinyl will produce optimum printing results, but since it is very thin it tends to stretch easily. It is good for irregular or corrugated surfaces, but must be handled carefully when applying to avoid stretch and bubbles. Specify Reverse Printing if you want clear decals to read correctly when applied to and read through glass. White is not very opaque and will show dark irregularities on surface it is mounted to. For opaque premium vinyl, use black and prime with white or double white flood coat.

Vinyl - Elephant Grip 4 mil-White
Soft, flexible vinyl film with an aggressive, permanent, clear acrylic adhesive. Ideal for low surface energy (LSE) plastics such as Pelican cases and powder painted surfaces. Recommended for permanent applications only.

Vinyl - Fluorescent 4 mil
Fluorescent eye catching colors. 4 mil cast vinyls with attention-getting visibility under normal or low light conditions. Will accept all of our printing colors and foils. When printing on colored vinyls, white must be printed as a primer to achieve standard color rendition. Great for point of purchase stickers, window graphics, and safety/warning labels. Orange meets OSHA standards.

Vinyl - Reflective 7.5 mil
Highly reflective 7~~5 mil white vinyl. Durable and conformable. For applications requiring high visibility, both day and night. For safety/warning labels, automotive/truck applications, bumper stickers. Use one of our "transparent" colors to maintain reflectivity through colors. Will accept all of our printing colors and foils. Conforms well to corrugated or moderately irregular surfaces. Back surface is silverized so material is very opaque. One of our longest lived outdoor vinyls.

Vinyl - Destructible Reflective 5 mil
Provides tamper resistant protection. Once applied, this reflective vinyl cannot be removed in one piece. Highly reflective 5 mil white vinyl. For applications requiring high visibility, both day and night. For safety/warning labels, asset tags, or any application requiring tamper resistance. Will accept all of our printing colors and foils. Use one of our "transparent" colors to maintain reflectivity through colors. Conforms well to corrugated or moderately irregular surfaces. Back surface is silverized so material is very opaque. One of our longest lived outdoor vinyls. Conforms to Federal Spec. LS300C, Federal Hwy. FP-92, and ASTM Spec. D-4956-01a.

Vinyl - Convex 4 mil
A unique 4 mil vinyl designed to adhere to convex or rounded surfaces. Use for football helmet emblems or logos & warnings on hard hats. Will accept all of our printing colors. Unless placing on white surface, certain translucent colors may need to be primed with white undercoat to achieve color rendition. (8 mil white and clear are available for special orders)

Vinyl - Convex 6 mil
This 6 mil pressure sensitive gloss vinyl has an aggressive acrylic permanent adhesive, designed to adhere to convex or rounded surfaces. Works on most LSE surfaces including textured low surface energy plastics and metal surfaces. Will accept all of our printing colors. Unless placing on white surface, certain translucent colors may need to be primed with white undercoat to achieve color rendition.

Convex Vinyl-Super High Gloss 4 mil - Silver Foil
For the ultimate mirror silver finish. Flexible convex material conforms to curved surfaces. Durable, dimensionally stable, flexible cast vinyl with a mirror finish. Adhesive is clear and permanent, so vinyl appears high gloss silver on both sides; when applied to glass, back of label will be seen as high gloss silver through the glass. If you need top quality printing results, extended outdoor durability, and the super mirror silver finish, this is the right material.

Polyester - 1 mil
A 1 mil gloss clear polyester film, particularly well suited to industrial applications where label may be subjected to physical stress or heat. Depending on surface applied to, heat resistance ranges up to 257°F (Contact us for exact specifications on your application). Will accept any of our printing colors or foils. Specify Reverse Printing if you want decals to read correctly when applied to and read through glass. 1 mil is very thin film; it is easier to handle the 2 mil clear polyester.

Polyester - 2 mil
A 2 mil polyester film, particularly well suited to industrial applications where label may be subjected to physical stress or heat. Depending on surface applied to, heat resistance ranges up to 302°F (Contact us for exact specifications on your application). Great for asset tags, nameplates, product labeling. Will accept any of our printing colors or foils. When printing on colored materials, white must be printed as a primer to achieve standard color rendition. Silver and gold tones will also change color tone of less opaque colors. Brushed appearance will show through "transparent" colors.Best for very flat, smooth surfaces as it will not conform to uneven surfaces. Note on Brushed Silver, Matte Silver, Shiny Silver Foil color options : Because these materials are metalized, they conduct electricity and are not suitable for the backs of printed circuit boards where label is applied over electrical contacts.

Polyester - Elephant Grip 2 mil-Gloss White
2 mil Polyester has an extremely aggressive clear, permanent adhesive on heavy paper liner. The adhesive is well suited for hard-to-stick-to surfaces such as Thermoplastic Olefin (TPO) and powdered paint. It accepts a wide variety of pressure sensitive laminates. Recommended for permanent applications only.

Polyester - Security Void 2 mil.
A 2 mil silver mirror finish polyester film, with a unique adhesive system. Once printed and applied, the word VOID appears, on both the applied surface and the material, if the label is removed. The removed label cannot be reapplied. Provides tamper evident protection. (Also see Destructible Reflective 7 mil Vinyl) Best for very flat, smooth surfaces as it will not conform to uneven surfaces. Heat resistance ranges up to 104°F. Will accept any of our printing colors or foils. When printing on colored materials, white must be printed as a primer to achieve standard color rendition.

Lexan® - Velvet 10 mil
Semi-rigid, clear 10 mil Lexan® (polycarbonate), with a lustrous velvet finish on the top surface perfect for Nameplates, Membrane Switchpads, Graphic Overlays, and more. Material will be printed on the bottom side (subsurface printing), providing maximum protection to the printed image once adhered to application surface. Most applications require a flood coat of white as last layer to maintain color rendition of top colors. Accepts all our printing colors, except Gold, Silver, Red, or Blue Metal Foil. Outdoor exposure may cause yellowing of polycarbonate in direct sunlight. Specify laminating adhesive if peel and stick adhesive is required (thin for smooth, thick for slightly rough or uneven surfaces).

Lexan® - Matte 10 mil

PVC Plastic - 10 mil
Semi-rigid, white 10 mil PVC (polyvinyl chloride) for use with non-pressure-sensitive, interior and exterior opaque applications. Use for permits, identification tags, door hangers, etc. Can be score cut for easy folding (e.g. tent cards). Accepts all our printing colors, except Gold or Silver Metal Foil. Not recommended for horizontal applications outdoors.
