Requests for Label Samples

Sample label bins
What happens when you click on the “Free Samples” button on any of our product pages? Well, the first thing that happens is that you get a pop-up where you can enter your details. After you click submit, our database picks up your response and processes it. The database then tells our sample request printer to print out a letter with an integrated label. The letter has details about the sample you’ve requested, as well as your mailing label. James, our sample guy, keeps an eye on that printer, and picks up requests several times a day.

Then he comes back into our sample room and starts pulling labels. We’ve already collected many of our most-commonly requested labels into convenient packages so we can turn them around quickly. We keep these in the wall unit of red bins. It’s a pretty amazing collection. Materials run the gamut – kraft paper, foils, silver BOPP, metalized polyester, convex vinyl, LexSaver, etc. We have sample labels in full color and spot colors, in foils and embossed, even holographic. Want to see what all our asset tags look and feel like? Order a sample pack!

We keep our larger labels and our less commonly requested ones in this room as well. It’s pretty well stocked.

hologram seals
Looks like James is making up new packs of our small holographic seals today. Our sample labels are all pre-printed and usually contain information about the material and the inks. This gives you the information you want with a very quick turnaround time.

Custom Options

Custom color samples
If you’re creating a custom label and want to see various colors, we have a box for that, too. Warm orange or mango? Will Champagne Gold do, or do you want to go with Gold Foil? Ask for a sample to see (custom orders only).

So if you’re not sure what you want, or if you’d like to run some tests on our materials or color options, feel free to click on any of the “Free Samples” buttons on our product pages. They’ll be on their way to you within 48 hours.
