Pattern adhesive labels are typically used to ensure an item or package is only opened by the intended personnel. This special adhesive pattern causes the label to break-apart when tampered with, thus enabling the receiving party to know if the package has previously been opened.
Pattern adhesive labels can also be labels with spot adhesive. This special application process allows the label to stick only to the packaging where necessary.
