High Gloss Laminate
This thin protective film is applied on top of the wine label printing, causing colors to "pop" and creating a shine to the custom wine labels. This laminate provides protection for your labels from moisture and physical abrasion.
Matte Laminate
This thin protective film is applied on top of wine label printing, which slightly mutes ink colors providing a smooth finish. Laminating offers better protection for your custom wine labels from moisture and provides good protection from physical abrasion.
High Gloss Varnish
This coating is typically applied to process color printed wine labels. The UV coating prevents smudging of custom wine labels and offers some protection from UV light. The UV coating provides a satin finish for your custom wine bottle labels.
Matte Varnish
This varnish, typically applied to CMYK printed wine bottle labels to prevent smudging, has less sheen than the hi-gloss varnish and provides a smooth finish for custom wine bottle labels.

We apply foil using the hot stamp method. Heat transfer of foil creates a permanent bond of the foil to the paper. We offer silver and gold foil. A foil stamping die will add additional cost and time to your label order.

This is the direction that your labels will be facing as they come off of the roll. Most automatic and semi-automatic wine bottle labeling machines use the #3 direction. If you are unsure of the unwind direction, check the manual from your labeling machine and let us know if you need samples. If you are applying your custom printed wine bottle labels by hand, any direction will work.

Use this option for Estate numbering that is consecutive and done in black ink where indicated in your artwork. You can upload any variable numbering spreadsheet at check out. If your numbering is not consecutive include numbering in your artwork in any color. Numbering sequence(s) can be indicated once an order is submitted.

PROOF POLICY
We strongly urge you to request a proof.
Digital web proofs are free for the first posting. Your complimentary digital web proof will be posted within 24 hours of receipt. You will be able to approve your proof or indicate changes online. If you request changes, another proof will be posted. Additional fee of $60 will apply for each additional proof posted. Instructions will be emailed to you advising you that your proof has been posted to you and how to approve it automatically online. You will be able to approve the proof via a link in your email.
Hard-Copy Proofs are free of charge for the first round. You will be sent a complimentary digital color proof within 2 days via overnight carrier. Instructions will be emailed to you advising you that your proof has been over-nighted to you and how to approve it automatically online. If you request changes, another hard-copy proof will be sent. Additional fee of $60 will apply for each additional proof posted. You will be able to approve the proof via a link in your email.
Press Proofs are $225 each. You will be sent your digital press proof within 5 days via overnight carrier. Press proofs are printed on the actual label stock and are recommended when color is critical. Foil stamping will be indicated in the closest match. ie. grey will represent silver foil on the proof. Press proofs will not be die cut, laminated, or have a varnish applied, but will be printed actual size on actual material. You will be able to approve the proof via a link in your email that you will receive in addition to your press proof.
No Proof If you opt not to have a proof, you waive the complimentary proof option and your order will be released for production immediately. No changes or alterations to your order will be possible. Any changes or cancellation of a non-proofed order will result in billing of full price of job. We are not responsible for artwork related errors or color variations in the finished product if you select "No Proof".
Charges may apply to customer changes to hard-copy, press proofs, and digital web color proofs. Corrections to proof due to errors made by us are not charged to customer.

Different copy can be printed on each label style you order. Enter the number of different label styles (artwork changes) in the "Number of Varietal Versions" box. Using this feature reduces your cost for varietal changes as you can order multiple labels of the same size with the same features you've selected above all at the same time. The total quantity you will enter in the "Enter Quantity" box will be the total of all labels in all varietals combined.
