Variable Data:
Variable data includes Serial Numbering (with or without barcodes), and/or merging a database of text so that each label includes a different data record. (A record can be a set of multiple fields).
Please choose one substrate material:
For a description and specifications of each substrate (vinyl, polyester, magnetic, lexan, etc.) please see the materials page.

Clear Overlaminates: (not available on Lexan® substrate material.)
These overlaminates can be applied after printing to most materials (except Lexan®). They provide additional protection, and can create a high gloss or matte finish. Note that for most applications, they are not required for protection of labels. The LexSaver overlamination process can be used on printed Polyester or Vinyl as an alternative to subsurface printed Lexan® for creating nameplates or control panels; our Polyester substrates and the Lexan® in our LexSaver overlamination process are both UL recognized materials.
Laminating Adhesive* (only when using LEXAN® substrate material):
This 3M adhesive is applied to Lexan® to make peel & stick nameplates and control panels. It comes in 2 mil for application to smooth surfaces & 5 mil for very rough surfaces. Thicker adhesive WILL NOT increase bonding strength to most surfaces; it can in fact be a detriment to final product. If you choose Lexan® as your substrate material, please indicate your need for adhesive below:
UL Recognition:
Many of our label products meet the requirements for UL (Underwriters Laboratories) recognized systems. If your labels require UL Recognition, be sure you have chosen
a substrate material marked "(UL)" in the drop down list above (only polyesters and Lexan qualify), along with overlaminate or adhesive marked "(UL)" if applicable. All of our printing
colors qualify, except for those marked "(NonUL)". When you click Submit, your choices will be automatically analyzed, and the appropriate UL Recognized System assigned, or you will
notified that you have chosen a non conforming combination. (Note that not all UL material substrates can be matched with every UL overlaminate or adhesive.)
Please choose 0 or more printing colors: (For shapes only cut out of substrate, there will be no colors to print.)For a more detailed description of colors, PMS equivalents, CostFactor (CF), durability, and transparency of colors, (transparency scale of 0 to 5 with 0 being opaque and five being very transparent). "Tsp" in the color name means the color is very transparent; patterns or other colors underneath it will show through. Gold and Silver foils are at the end of the list.
IF YOU DO NOT SEE THE EXACT PMS COLOR YOU WANT, PLEASE CONTACT US
We can produce hundreds of other PMS colors by combining our standard colors below. (Note that this technique will always be more costly than using a single standard color, and it is not appropriate for certain types of graphics like small text or thin lines where registration of the two colors would be a problem.)
