    The most common sizes for custom printed tags are 2 3/8" x 4 3/4" (a #5 tag) and 3 1/8" x 6 1/4" (a #8 tag).
    Our custom tags feature the traditional slant cut sides running toward the eyelet.

    We keep size choices simple and affordable. There are thousands of custom tag sizes out there but just two of them handle most custom tag needs. To make your job easier and to make sure you get a common size that will always be around – and as a result - affordable - we offer the #5 and the #8 custom tag sizes. Common, usable, low cost custom tag size choices.

    Your color choices are: White   Manila   Orange  Red   Yellow   Blue   Green
    There are 7 custom tag materials to choose from. Traditional manila and white are the most popular colors – and we have them. We also give you high alert colors including yellow, red and orange. These are the right colors for danger, warning, RTK and other types of custom tags that require high visibility.

    Choose Your Connectors!
     Your connector choices are: 9 gauge twine cut string or 26 gauge wire or no connectors.
     Need wire connectors for your custom tags? Got 'em. Rather have twine connectors? We have those, too. Don't want connectors? No problem. If you do opt for connectors, know that we will ship your custom tags to you with your twine connectors pre-strung unless you indicate otherwise.

    Your numbering choices are: no numbering or numbering in any one location
    You can put numbering in any one location on your custom tags. We simply ask that you indicate where you want your number located in your artwork or design file. You can also opt for no numbering.

     They charge you extra for pre-stringing your custom tags with twine. We don't. We get it. You have more important things to do. Here are your string options:

Printing can be done on one or both sides of your custom tags. Printing done on both sides can be identical or completely different. Printing on both sides does cost a bit more.

Proof Policy

We strongly urge you to request a proof. Digital web proofs are free.

How The Proof Process Works:
• Within 24-48 hours (not including Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays) of receipt of your artwork, you will receive an email with proof instructions.
• The email will include a link to your proof and instructions for approving or indicating changes to your proof online.
• If you make changes, a new proof will be prepared and you will be emailed once the revised proof has been posted.
• We will notify you of any charges due to artwork modifications before we start production.
• Once approved, your artwork is immediately sent to production.

IMPORTANT
If you waive a proof by selecting “No Proof” your order will be released to production immediately. No changes or alterations to your order will be possible. Any changes to or cancellation of a “No Proof” order will be charged for the full price of job. We are not responsible for artwork related errors or color variations in the finished product if you select “No Proof”.

ARTWORK INFORMATION AND POLICIES
• Artwork touching the edge of the design must extend at least 1/8” beyond the die-line in the art file for products allowing bleeds.
• We strongly urge you to provide a 300dpi or higher file in .pdf format. (low resolution artwork pulled from the web will not work)
• If You Are Not Providing a pdf file:
    • We can work with the most recent Macintosh and Windows versions of:
        § Adobe® Illustrator® saved as .ai, .eps, or .pdf
        § Adobe® Photoshop® saved with layers as .tiff, .eps, or .psd
        § QuarkXPress ™ collect for output
        §Adobe® InDesign® and Adobe® CS® package files
    • All text in your artwork should be submitted with fonts outlined (converted to curves or paths). Note: be sure artwork is correct.
    • Editing of text will not be available with outlined fonts. If artwork is submitted with fonts, all screen and printer fonts need to be included when file is uploaded.
    • If an IBM font is used in your electronic file, the printer and screen font must be supplied.
    • Providing fonts will ensure we can make any changes to your text if necessary.
    • All photographic image files should be in CMYK format.
    • Keep design in one program - i.e. do not place image in Illustrator®, then place the Illustrator® file in QuarkXpress™.

Additional Charges:
If additional charges apply, you will be notified within 24 Hours. The most common charges are:
· Customer changes made to proofs. $15.00 minimum charge.

· A “No Proof” job that is canceled or changed in any way will result in the full cost of job being charged.
