About Waterproof Labels

Waterproof labels are used in applications where labels are exposed to moisture, indoors or out. We offer desktop printable waterproof labels and a wide range of custom waterproof labels. Choosing the right material and possibly the right coating should result in waterproof labels that resist damage caused by outdoor exposure to the elements and indoor exposure to damp conditions. Please note that given enough exposure to water, only the most specialized of waterproof labels will not be damaged.

Custom waterproof labels are typically printed on vinyl and Kimdura®, films with adhesive or static cling. Choosing permanent adhesives for waterproof labels is the right choice to ensure that labels stay stuck. Depending on the application, waterproof labels can be printed in almost any size or shape you need. Smaller quantities can be custom digitally cut without dies, while larger orders of custom shaped waterproof labels require dies for cutting.

Off-the-shelf waterproof labels are typically blank and can be printed on most desktop printers. These waterproof labels might not be as reliable as custom solutions, so be sure to test the labels before ordering large quantities or relying on stock solutions for your waterproof labels application.
