What are the artwork and proof policies for pre-sized labels?
We strongly urge you to request a proof. If you have supplied us with artwork and selected the "proof" option, we will post your proof online for you. At times, if we have questions about your artwork, we may take a preventive approach, and post a proof just to be sure we have correctly interpreted your directions.
IMPORTANT
If you opt not to have a proof, your order will be released for production immediately. No changes or alterations to your order will be possible. Any changes or cancellation of a non-proofed order will result in billing of full price of job. We are not responsible for artwork related errors to the finished product if you opt not to have a proof.
Email Notice
If we have your email address, we will send you an email when your proof has been posted. Just follow the link in that email to take you directly to your web proof. Alternatively, you can visit the check proof page and manually enter your job number and shipping zip code.
Phone Call Notice
If we do not have your email address, we will call you to let you know your proof has been posted. You will need to go to the "Check Proofs" page on our web site (this page) and enter your job number to view your proof.
Verification
We want to keep your proof confidential. For that reason, we ask you to verify your shipping zip code prior to viewing your proof.
Approve On Line
If your proof is satisfactory, simply click on the approved button. If your proof is not correct, simply follow the instructions on the page for corrections.
Additional Charges
Full cost of order will be billed if non-proofed order is cancelled or changed in any way. Corrections to proof errors made by us are not charged to customer. If additional charges apply, you will be notified within 24 Hours.
Artwork Information and Policies
We can accept most types of professional graphics files.
We strongly urge you to provide Macintosh files for your artwork. However, we support the most recent Macintosh and Windows versions of: • Adobe® Acrobat® • Adobe® Illustrator® • Adobe® Pagemaker® • Adobe® Photoshop® • Freehand™ • Quark XPress™

• Bleeds must have artwork extending at least 1/8" beyond the die-line on each side that bleeds.
• Registration is held to plus or minus 1/64".
• Screens are run at 133 lines per inch.

What are the turnaround and delivery options for pre-sized labels?
Standard production time for pre-sized labels is 3 days, after proof approval (for up to 100,000 labels). Rush service is available, please contact customer care if you require faster delivery or have a quantity in excess of 100,000 labels.
What are the shipping policies for pre-sized labels?
All pre-sized label orders ship via UPS, standard ground delivery. All UPS shipping options are available for a charge, including next day before 8:00am, next day, second day and standard ground. Shipping charges are based on ship to location and package weight and are estimated for you upon check out. You will be emailed a UPS tracking number when you order ships. Split shipments are available for $8.00 each split.

What is the return policy for pre-sized labels?
If at any time you are dissatisfied with our product, simply return the unused labels to us for a full refund. You are responsible for cost of shipping product back to us in the event of a product return. Credit will be issued upon return of product for the cost of labels. We will credit you in full and pick-up the labels if the error is our fault in any way. To return an order, please contact us as shown below. You will then be provided with instructions for returning your order. Should you have a problem with your order please email or call us as shown below and our customer care team will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
What is the guarantee for pre-sized labels?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will provide you a full credit for all unused and unsatisfactory labels. See the return policy above.
What are the minimum quantities for pre-sized labels?
The minimum order quantity for pre-sized labels is 500 labels.
How many ink colors are allowed?
Up to four ink colors are allowed. Sorry, no process (CMYK) printing is available in the program. Click here for four color process.
Can extra perforations or slits be added to labels?
Perfs can be added between labels (except butt cut labels), slits cannot be added. If you need slits, please contact us for a special quote. Be sure to show perfs on your artwork and describe their locations in the Special Instructions area of the order check-out screen.
Can labels be numbered and/or barcoded?
Labels can be barcoded and/or numbered. Simply select the appropriate option(s) in the online quoter. Please add one day for delivery.
Can orders be "combo-priced"?

What are your credit terms?
