A. No, the charge will appear from LabelServe.Com which is noted when they check out.
Q. How will I know if a customer of mine placed an order?
A. You automatically receive an email verification of the order when it is placed. You will have all the information that the customer sent, so you will be knowledgeable about any questions asked should they call.
Q. What if my customer will not pay or doesn't want to use a credit card?
A. You have the ability to set up any client on terms. This way they are not prompted for a credit card. They simply input a PO number as a reference tool. However, we do require a corporate card on file from the alliance that will be billed for the cost of the job. This allows you to invoice the client in your normal manner.
Q. Will MaverickLabel.Com take the order direct from my client?

Q. Is there a cost to me for MaverickLabel.Com to set up a private label website?
A. At this time, there is no set-up or ongoing costs. We may charge new alliances for set-up in the future.
Q. What's in it for me?
A. This will allow you to broaden your product line, meet clients' changing needs and do it all without adding any costs to your organization.
Q. What if there is a problem with the order and my customer has already paid?
A. MaverickLabel.Com will refund or repeat any order that the customer is not 100% satisfied with.
Q. Isn't MaverickLabel.Com selling direct on the Internet?
A. Yes, but the reason your customer buys from you is the relationship that you have built. They are accessing your website or calling you already. There is no price difference from buying from us even if they somehow found us.
