Artwork Please select one of the following artwork options below. Learn more about artwork, here.
	Category One - Reorder. Reorder previous job (no art charges will apply)
	Category Two - Print-Ready Artwork. Provide file format in either Adobe Illustrator®, Adobe Photoshop®, Corel Draw®, EPS, JPG, Freehand® and save to outlines. Placed images must be 300 dpi or above to ensure print quality.
	Category Three - Native Application File. Provide file format in either Adobe® Illustrator®, Corel Draw®, EPS, Freehand®, Quark XPress® or Adobe Pagemaker®. Submit all fonts with file.
Design Help! Our design center can create your artwork for you. Based on an hourly rate. Contact CustomerCare for details.

Ink Colors
ImageMax Labels are produced using digital process printing. You can specify spot (PMS) colors, but be advised that we will "build" your spot colors from CMYK.

CMYK Process Color
Click here if your artwork includes CMYK. You can also select spot colors from the chart or add your own PMS colors with this option.

Digital Proof.This is an online proof and it is free of charge.

Sample Proof. There is a $45 charge for a sample proof. Please allow 24 hours for production. Proof charge includes free overnight delivery.

No Proof.

ARTWORK and PROOF POLICY

We strongly urge you to request a proof. If you have supplied us with artwork and selected the "proof" option, we will post your proof online for you.

At times, if we have questions about your artwork, we may take a preventive approach, and post a proof just to be sure we have correctly interpreted your directions.

IMPORTANT
If you opt not to have a proof, on 1,2 or 3 color orders, your order will be released for production immediately. No changes or alterations to your order will be possible. Any changes or cancellation of a non-proofed order will result in billing of full price of job. We are not responsible for artwork related errors to the finished product if you opt not to have a proof.

Email Notice
If we have your email address, we will send you an email when your proof has been posted. Just follow the link in that email to take you directly to your web proof. Alternatively, you can visit the check proof page and manually enter your job number and shipping zip code.

Phone Call Notice
If we do not have your email address, we will call you to let you know your proof has been posted. You will need to go to the "Check Proofs" page on our web site (this page) and enter your job number to view your proof.

Verification
We want to keep your proof confidential. For that reason, we ask you to verify your shipping zip code prior to viewing your proof.

Approve On Line
If your proof is satisfactory, simply click on the approved button. If your proof is not correct, simply follow the instructions on the page for corrections.

Additional Charges
Full cost of order will be billed if non-proofed order is cancelled or changed in any way. Corrections to proof errors made by us are not charged to customer. If additional charges apply, you will be notified within 24 Hours.

Artwork Information and Policies
We can accept most types of professional graphics files.

We strongly urge you to provide Macintosh files for your artwork. However, we support the most recent Macintosh and Windows versions of: • Adobe� Acrobat� • Adobe� Illustrator� • Adobe� Pagemaker� • Adobe� Photoshop� • Freehand® • Quark XPress®
