Getting A Custom Label Quote

Find the Instant Online Quoter that's right for your label printing project in three ways:
1. Use the "Compare Quoters" to see a checklist of custom label specifications for different quoters.
2. Click the "Products" tab above in the red navigation bar just below the logo.
3. Use the Quote Label Wizard to see recommended quoters for the specifications you choose.

The Compare Quoters feature lets you select up to 4 different custom label product quoters and compare them. The side-by side comparison is your guide to selecting the best quoter for your custom label printing project. A sample comparison is show below.

The "Products" tab links to apge that describes each of the product quoters. By clicking on the tab (it's found under our logo at the top of the page), a list of custom label product quoters is displayed. To get to a particular quoter, just click the link. A picture of the the expanded "Products" tab is shown below.

The Quote Label Wizard provides you with a list of recommended quoters for your custom label based on the details of your label project. To see the recommended quoters for your project, select the best choices for your label printing project form the menus and click "Submit".

Get An Instant Online Quote
Once you've selected the right quoter for your project, you'll be asked to enter information about your custom label printing needs. Clicking the "Get An Instant Quote" button will return an "Here's Your Instant Quote" screen like the one shown below.

This screen shows you the pricing for the quantity you entered and suggests alternate price breaks for your custom labels. From this screen you can:

  • Select Quantity and Optional Turnaround Time (when available)
  • Modify Your Quote
  • Get More Information
  • Add Your Job To The Shopping Cart

You can also get an estimate of shipping costs in a new window. When you select the quantity you want to order, and click the "Add Job To Shopping Cart" button you turn your quote into an order.

Additional Details

Once you've selected the quantity and completed the optional shipping estimate for your project, you will see the "Additional Details" page similar to the one below. Use this page to enter any specific information that you want make sure we are aware of.

Upload Artwork
This is also the first of several opportunities for uploading your artwork to us.To upload your artwork, simply click the "Upload Artwork" button. The artwork upload page will appear. Use the tools to find your files on your computer. You can upload more than one file. Once you have selected your files, click "Upload". Your files will now be attached to your job.
As an option, you can choose to upload your artwork later in the ordering-checkout process.

Here are some examples of information that can be added on the Additional Details page:

  • Part Number
  • Label Description
  • Proof Preference
  • Text You need Us To Set For You
  • Features For Any text You need Us To Set
  • Any Additional Notes or Information

Once you have entered all of the additional information - and uploaded your artwork - click the "Continue With Order" button. This will bring you to the shopping cart for order verification and check out. You will also have another opportunity to upload your artwork, if required.

Order Verification

After leaving the "Additional Details" page, you will come to the "Order verification Page". This page provides you with an overview of your order. The next step from here is "Checkout" So, please use this page to verify your order. You can also upload artwork at this point.

Options On This Page
From this page you can make one of the following choices:

  • Remove Items From Your Cart
  • Return To The Product Page
  • Upload Artwork
  • Send Us Feedback
  • Get A Fax Order Form
  • Proceed To Checkout

If you decide to upload your artwork to us from this page, simply click the "Upload Artwork" button. The artwork upload page will appear. Use the tools to find your files on your computer. You can upload more than one file. Once you have selected your files, click "Upload". Your files will now be attached to your job. As an option, you can choose to upload your artwork after your payment is made.

If you request a fax order form, we ask for your zip code to make sure that the fax number we provide will work from your country or location.

Order Verification

Split Shipments

"Split shipments" are orders that have multiple shipping locations and that require us to "split" your order quantity for shipment to each location. As an example would be an order for 2500 window decals in which you need 1000 to ship to one location and 1500 to ship to a different location.

To "split" a shipment, simply click the "Ship To Multiple Addresses" next to the appropriate product. Complete the additional shipping location information and quantity. Click "Submit". The next page will be the revised shopping cart page, showing the "split" shipment information you set up (see the example below). You can add multiple "splits" to any product. You can "split" multiple products.

Approve Your Proof

If you opt for a proof (we strongly urge you to do so) your proof will be available - online for most products.

You will receive an E-mail when your proof is ready for approval. This E-mail notice is typically sent 1 to 2 business days after you place your order. The E-mail will contain a link to your proof and to the proof approval page.

From this page you can make one of the following choices:

  • Make Changes
  • Return To The Product Page
  • Approve Your Proof

Using "My Account"

Signing up for an account is a simple, one time, one step process. Once your account is set up, you can maintain an address book, track your orders and UPS shipments and quickly place reorders. You will need an account to checkout.

Login

Login To Your Account
When you are ready to log into your account, click the My Account link or "Login" link. See the examples to the left.

You will then see a "login" page similar to the one shown below. Simply enter the required information and click the "login" button.

Once you have logged in, you can review or manage your account. The Account management tools page is shown below - the options available there are listed below.
• Check order status, account history, and reorders
• Place new order
• Receive job quote
• Change account info
• Edit address book
• Edit account

Place Re-Orders

Proof Approval
Placing reorders is when you have an account. You can place reorders in 2 ways:

1. Go to the home page and click on a recent order image or click "reorder" (see example below)

OR

2. Log in and click on "Check order status, account history, and reorders".

Once you select a job to reorder, you will be linked to the Instant Quoter for that job.

From the home page, you can retrieve a saved quote or place a re-order for any past job - once you have placed an order for that job.

Your most recent jobs are displayed to make the selection process simple and sure.

Search Our Site
One of the quickest ways to find what you're looking for on our site is to use the search feature. You'll find the search box (like the one above) on almost every page. Just type in what you are looking for and click the "Search Our Site" button.

Saved Quotes

Quotes can be saved, shared and reviewed for placing an order at a later date.

To save a quote, click on the "save quote" icon or text after you get your quote.You'll the see a page that lets you enter the information need to save - and to share your custom label quote. See the example below.

Review A Saved Quote

To review a saved quote, simply enter the quote number as shown on the example below. Or, click on the link in the E-mail you set up when you saved your quote. You will then see the saved quote details as shown below.

You can place exact repeats of previous orders or make changes to previous orders and proceed to check out directly.

You save a quote from by selecting "Click here to save this quote" from the quote page.

You can email any quote to others by following the instructions provided on the save quote page.

To review orders in progress, login and Click on the "Check order status, account history, and reorders" link.You then see your Order Status page which will similar to the one shown below.

From this page you can:
Review order details
Print order details
Preview artwork
Check proof status
Check delivery status
Track shipping
