Digital color laser proofs are free. Your complimentary digital color proof will be sent to you within 48 hours via overnight carrier. We recommend that you approve your proof on-line. Instructions will be emailed to you advising you that your proof has been over-nighted to you and how to approve it automatically. You can approve the proof via email.

Press proofs are available for a small fee. Fee varies with size and complexity of label.
At times, if we have questions about your artwork, we may take a preventive approach, and post a proof just to be sure we have correctly interpreted your directions.

IMPORTANT
If you opt not to have a proof, your order will be released for production immediately. No changes or alterations to your order will be possible. Any changes or cancellation of a non-proofed order will result in billing of full price of job. We are not responsible for artwork related errors to the finished product if you opt not to have a proof.

Email Notice
If we have your email address, we will send you an email when your proof has been posted. Just follow the link in that email to take you directly to your web proof. Alternatively, you can visit the check proof page and manually enter your job number and shipping zip code.

Phone Call Notice
If we do not have your email address, we will call you to let you know your proof has been posted. You will need to go to the "Check Proofs" page on our web site and enter your job number to view your poof.

Approve Online
If your proof is satisfactory, simply click on the approved button. If your proof is not correct, simply follow the instructions on the page for corrections.

Additional Charges
Corrections to proof errors made by us are not charged to customer. If additional charges apply, you will be notified within 24 Hours.

Artwork information and policies.
We strongly urge you to provide Macintosh files for your artwork. However, we support the most recent Macintosh and Windows versions of: • Adobe® Acrobat®* • Adobe® Illustrator®* • Adobe® Pagemaker®* • Adobe® Photoshop®* • ArtPro®* • Freehand™ • Quark XPress™ • CorelDRAW!&trade

• All PANTONE® spot colors should be converted to PANTONE process colors before saving the file (unless additional spot colors have been purchased). Also, please provide documentation of original PANTONE spot colors used in file before converting to CMYK.

• We carry the entire Adobe® and AGFA Font Libraries, as well as Bitstream® Typeshop® for the Macintosh®. If an IBM font is used in your electronic file, the printer and screen font must be supplied.

• Bleeds must have artwork extending at least 1/8" beyond the die-line on each side that bleeds.

• A complimentary digital color proof is provided. If exact color match is required press proofs are available for a small fee and require 72 hour turnaround. Please note that production turnaround begins upon proof approval. Proof changes will incur additional charges and added lead time.

• Registration is held to plus or minus 1/100".

• Screens are run at 150 lines per inch.

What are the turnaround and delivery options for process color labels?
Standard production time for process color labels is 72 hours, after proof approval-for up to 10,000 labels. Production time is 5 days for 10,000 or more labels. Rush service is available, please contact customer care if you require faster delivery.

What are the shipping policies for process color labels?
All process color label orders ship via UPS, standard ground delivery. All UPS shipping options are available for a charge, including next day before 8:00am, next day, second day and standard ground. Shipping charges are based on ship to location and package weight and are estimated for you upon check out. You will be emailed a UPS tracking number when you order ships.

What is the return policy for process color labels?
If at any time you are dissatisfied with our product, simply return the unused labels to us for a full refund.

You are responsible for cost of shipping product back to us in the event of a product return. Credit will be issued upon return of product forthe cost of labels. We will credit you in full and pick-up the labels if the error is our fault in any way. To return an order, please contact us as shown below. You will then be provided with instructions for returning your order.
